Well it did at one time. The Owners ripped out the two units when they were foreclosed on by the bank. I was in the house last Saturday. It had a dual zone HVAC system, so both units need to be replaced. They also took out eh stove and oven. There have been a ton of buyers looking at the house. It is on pretty good shape minus all the items the owners took.
