The best thing to do is remodel the whole bath room.
Reglazing would be good for a few years.

Part of the success rate of the reglazing / refinishing process will depend on the refinisher, and his / her ability to properly prepare the surface for the application.  Surface must be cleaned, etched with acid, and properly primed before the application of the refinish coating.  The refinish coating used will also come into play here.

Properly done, the refinishing process can last for a good number of years, but is not a long term solution.  Remember too, the grout must be in solid and stable condition first, as it will be refinished as well.

Good luck.

It's temporary at best. Remember, the original glaze is kiln fired onto the tile bisque, or body. Reglazing is a coating that can wear off fairly easily. Best to re-tile...cost of 6x6 tile plus tear out and labor to install new tile will run about 13.00 sq. ft.
