Foreclosures are up.  Short sales are up. Unemployment is up. Real estate taxes are up.  ENOUGH!  We tried it their way, now is the time to repeal the local ban on short-term rentals. Create JOBS, BUSINESS and keep taxes LOW!

Actually, foreclosures are down, unemployment is down, and real estate taxes are down (if you have had a reassessment downward as many people have).

Not sure what your local issues are re: short-term rentals, but unless it's a vacation/resort community, short-term rentals invite transient populations and destabilize communities.
