Unfortunately this site is hurtful to the market and while it was a good thing to feed greedy egos during the "hot" market, it is an unattended mess of a site. Please take the Just Sold price off my home. It hurts too much to look. We bought it a year ago and were dupped, plus this house was the only one of it's kind in the neighborhood-so your numbers are not accurate unless the home is viewed. I am contacting the State about Zillow because it influenced our buying decision and Zillow continues this ridiculous "Zestimate" thing. Leave that to professional lenders and appraisers. Those of us who are not flippers, investors, or nuts, just want good honest prices sold by good honest people. Clean up Zillow.
