If someone claims the home, they can change some of the data.  In an ideal world, this is the owner or their agent.    In the real world, if someone has bad intent and knows the owner's name, they can claim it and do some changing.  If this has happened to your home, click on the feature to report that the home has been claimed by the wrong person.   In a few days when it is liberated, you can change the facts back to the correct facts.
