In order for you to change the e-mail address on your profile, you would need to change the e-mail address that is registered in Zillow first. Here's how:
1. Log in to your Zillow account.
2. Go to "My Zillow" and click on "My Account".
3. Click on "Edit e-mail".
4. Provide the new e-mail address.
5. Click on "Submit".

Hi Ice L., I see you have had a lot of questions concening changing email address. I have tried what you recommended but it's not working. I go to my Zillow, edit on my email address adn it sends me to the log in page. So I still try to change it on that page but it doesn't work. Get back to me. Thanks Leah

You may follow these steps to edit your email address:
1. Log in to your account on Zillow.
2. Go to "Account Settings" and click on "Edit e-mail".
3. On the next page, enter the new e-mail address and click on "Submit".

I have done that but it appears my email is already being used, which is when I probably registered twice,

Help !!!! I have tried the e-mail change in the edit feature and both alternatives I tried said they were already being used. No way !!!!
So how do I get it done>
