Changing your Zestimate

We are getting ready to sell our house.  Our ZEstimate is low for the comparables in the neighborhood.  I know people value this site and tend to think the home is worth what the zestimate states.  How can we update our zestimate to correctly reflect its worth?

If the material facts are correct for your property, the Zestimate is what it is.  If there are errors in material facts, update them and the Zestimate will update over the next month or two to reflect the changes.   You can also carefully evaluate comps used with your home, and change those if appropriate.

If you've not used the "owner's estimate", you can use that feature to show upgrades and remodeling that add value to the home.
