Chino Area Opinions

We are looking at renting a house between Mission Blvd. and 60.  Can any provide info about that particular area.  Crime, People, General Neighborhood, etc.
Also, are there any horse trails nearby?

There are 2 neighboring towns that have horse property. There are always homes for rent with horse property. These areas are about 4-5 miles from the 60. We as Realtors have the ability to search for homes for lease as well.

South of the 60 is usually nicer.  If you are looking for horse trails stick between Rosewell and East End by the 60 Fwy, we had a property for sale on 3950 Compton St, Chino that is a horse property.

Where at between Mission and the 60? Generally the closer to the 60, the more desireable it is. A lot of people have horses in Chino. Actually, Chino is a well settled dairy farm area.  However, there is the men's prison down on Central and Schaffer, or maybe it's Edison...but I wouldn't worry about it as I never saw it as a threat of any kind.

You can talk to a few local REALTORS however be prepared for them to try to get you to purchase. If you find one that will provide you the info without being pushy then keep them in mind for your future purchase.

Go online and google your area. Many Cities, counties, states have websites set up with that information.
Good luck
