Client 12 months past short sale w/extuating circ. Had to relo. 621 mid. late prior. anyone?

Client was foreced to relo to keep a job. Was late on mortgage prior to closing. Has RV loan late as of Jan 2011. I represent the Seller, and this buyer's finance fell out. Need someone whose overlay can accept. Please contact me if you have a solution.

Having to relocate is a valid extenuating circumstance, however missing payments is going to ruin that. The late payment on the RV is also a problem. Your client needs to find another buyer because this one is not going to qualify.
