Client contacted me for removal from Zillow

Hi,
I had a client contact me asking me to have her listing removed from zillow, the home has not been on the market for 3 years but is still showing up not under my listings but in the search engine.. 10 wright place, wilbraham ma.
Can you please remove this listing

i have alot of old listings that take forever for zillow to update .. i would click on your home listings and click the edit button that is under description.. then click report problem with listing and they will correct it there .. hope that helps =)

It does not look like it shows for sale on Zillow here. I only see a Zestimate and public information listed. There are photos on the page that can be removed immediately by the owner once they claim their house.

To claim the house on Zillow, the owners can here, type the address in the find home box at the top of the page and hit the blue "Go" button. The house will pop up. Click to get to the main house page and then they can claim.

Use the yellow "Edit" pencil under your main houses photo to claim the house and then they can edit/move photos. Hope it helps.
