I have the cash to purchase the home I am interested (have not contacted anyone in regards to the home yet) If I am paying the full amount asked for the home and no bank loan is needed.  how long will it take to close so that I may begin my moving process?

If there is a clean title, you should be able to close between 2 to 3 weeks if all parties involved can agree on the scheduling. However, I would recommend at least seven days for an inspection which would add to that time.

It will depend on if the home is owned by the occupant or by a bank. If the title is clear, it will just be the getting the title insurance complete and another documents. I have had a cash deal close in 5 days. More than likely it will be 10-14 business days.

Take your time and have the inspection. You can set the closing date out a month and then always move it up.

Good luck

If the home is occupied the seller will may need time before they can move ou of the home. If they are ready to go 15-30 days. If you are purchasing a home that is vacant then the title work must be ordered and should it be clean, then you could close with 7-10 days. Cash is King when it comes to closing quickly in this market!!

Depends. If the seller has mortgages or other liens, the seller may need some time for the lien holder to prepare the release paperwork.

The title company also needs some time to research the title.

A realistic time frame is about 15 to 30 days to work through the paperwork.  Ask  a local real estate agent who is familiar with the local requirements.

The fastest cash transaction was 7 days from offer to purchase to closing & moving in. The big items to make sure of is clear title & current on all bills/fees due with the property & time to clear them up for you.
