Commute from Paramus to Manhattan

My wife and I are considering moving to Paramus and wanted to get feedback on the bus commute to Manhattan (Port Authority). In doing some research, it appears there are a few buses that go through the town, namely the 165P from the Paramus Park Mall. Just wanted to know if anyone who takes the bus has any trouble finding a seat, what line they take and what their commute is like.

Dear Einny316,

Many people choose the Paramus vicinity for a home because of its proximity to NYC. You have both options; train and bus.
Paramus Bus Info through NJ Transit can be found on http://www.njtransit.com/pdf/bus/T1155.pdf  There is the 155 or 168.

As a local REALTOR, my office is IN Paramus, and I personally have never heard of someone not able to find a seat on the bus to NY. Travel times vary on the destination in NYC.
