I seriously don't understand how your comps are chosen but they are not accurate and more than that misrepresent the value of my home by over a hundred thousand less than the house next door that sold less than a year ago and has half the acreage and several hundres square feet less. I urge you to correct this soon and remove your comps till you do. My realtor mentioned that in a refresher class she had to take they told her not to rely on Zillow for comps or the would loss clients and commision.
