Comps vs Recent Sales

Hi Zillow,

 

In my neighborhood I see recent sales extending out to January 2008.  Unfortunately, when I select my home to do my own estimate, these recent sales do not appear as comps.  My address is a home on Key Largo Lane in Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312.
