Condo Selling

Call a realtor to provide a comparative market analysis so that you can properly price your property. Your realtor should be full time and be familiar with your market area. I would be happy to help!

No one at Zillow will contact you. You need to find a local Realtor near you to discuss this with. A Realtor in the Danbury area might see this and contact you or you can call some real estate companies there and speak to a agent to help price your condo and explain the process to sell it, it's what we do. Good luck.

Zillow is not a real estate company - they post listings, but don't actually list homes...........I suggest you find a local agent  for guidance, and someone who can explain the marketing and sale process to you.

The best way to sell your condo is, of course, to utilize a real estate professional. There are many of us to choose from, including me.
Contact and hire the real estate agent of your choice, price your home properly for the current market, stage your home, make your home accessible to potential buyers and agents, and your home should sell.

As others have said, you need to find a good Realtor.  If you need one in the Danbury area, I'm sure there's plenty here on Zillow, or if you want another recommendation feel free to contact me.

You'll also eventually need a real estate attorney to handle the sale.

Call at least two real estate listing agents and ask them for a comparative market analysis.  A few of them has responded already, give them a try!  Good luck!

When looking for a listing agent, interview a number.   You are hiring this person for a substantial price.   We have interviewed 8 to 10 on the phone, and bring out three in person to present CMA, marketing plan and discuss communication and many other factors in successful selling.   Each in person interview has been about 2 h, except when we kicked one arrogant one out of the door after 10 minutes!
