Condominiums in Seattle

Condominiums are hot now in Seattle. Make sure you look at home owners association dues and how that may affect your monthly payment.

Condos are making a comeback in Seattle especially with Google and Amazon moving downtown. They are still far from the peak values of 2007 but you can see a definite recovery. If you are thinking about buying a condo in Seattle you can probably find a good deal.

You'll be surprised in Seattle about how much more Condo's are selling for compared to the data sales you find online.  I've had many appraisals for condos recently coming in $50K-$75K higher than the Zestimate on Zillow!

Good tip!  A lot of people overlook the fact that instead of paying HOA dues, you can add that amount to your mortgage payment - and you can afford a higher-priced single family home, zero-lot line townhome or any property type without HOA dues.
