Not to be too negative, but most lenders/brokers have discontinued these programs, your best bet might be a local bank. Good luck in your search. Jim
Construction loan recommendation needed
I am looking for a construction-to-perm loan that will allow for the following:
- Acquire land using construction loan
- Make no payments during construction for any interest accrued on land or construction draws
- One closing at the end of construction to convert to either a 30yr fixed or interest only.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
