Contacting Zillow to address errors

Profile picture for McClintock
I own several properties that show up on Zillow.  I notice that the estimated values vary quite a bit from what I believe are accurate.  One in particular shows up at a value that is probably about 25% of realistic value, which makes me wonder of what value this info is to anyone.  Apparently the estimates are done in such a way that statistics from what is thought to be similar comps results in figures noted - very unreliable in this case.  Since I can't find anyway to contact Zillow, these errors just continue.   I'm sure others have this same concern.

Claim the house(s).  Then you can both add/update info about each house, and you can manipulate the comps.  Here is the link to How To.
