Corperate Rentals or Vactions home?

I have a property that is financed on the 20 / 80 loan.  How can I best have the home work for me / bring the revanue in?  Should the property be placed as a corperate rental or vacation home rental?  Lastly how could I do this place as corperate / vaction?  The home is located in Savannah GA in a nice neighborhood.
