If you claim the home and edit the home facts, the Zestimate will respond in the next few weeks to few months. While Zillow does pull data from public records through third party data providers, sometimes it takes several months to appear in a refresh.
The extensive FAQs are a good place to start to enhance your skills on the Zillow site and hence your customer service. Most clients expect advertising on Zillow as part of the full package, but that is certainly up to your client at this time.
The house on the opposite side is also 3+2, and is Zestimate at $534k. Therefore, the home in question is not as out of line as I thought at first.
