Cost of insurance on a oceanfront or walk to ocean home in PB county

Anyone have rough costs of insurance on a 5000 Sq Ft. single family home either on the beach or walking distance to the beach? Of course, I know factors such as year built and construction have some impact.

I know what we pay on a home, around7K, on an inland waterway community, however.....every home is different, does it have hurricane glass? Whats it built from, age etc. Talk to an insurance agent , ask your realtor for recommendations or your friends.....sounds like a great house...
