I guess the obvious answer it to be able to search by either square footage or acreage - user's choice.

I agree. Looking at .16 acres makes a lot more sense to me that looking at a few thousand feet. As I want real land I only search by 1 million feet and up.

A good point, but I think you are the minority. The majority of residential lot sizes are less that an acre and it is easier for most to search by SF rather than acres.



Could Zillow please make a filter for lot size that is stated in acres NOT square feet!?!?
