It might. You can see if you can get those charges reversed. If it was a one time error and you are a good customer, the bank may be willing to reverse the charges, ask you to pay a reduced amount and/or remove the notation from your account.

Overdraft charges mean you spent more money than you had available, which is not a good sign, especially when you're in escrow. Since I'm not a lender, nor an I in California, I can not say how it will affect you for certain, but it doesn't put you in a positive light, especially when each charge is probably $25-30 apiece, which means you have a history of monetary recklessness.
