Hello Livonia,
There is no easy way to repost on CraigsList especially since they revamped their site a couple of months ago.
However, you can write up your description in Word and tweek it easily by rotating the paragraphs, changing some words, etc. and then posting a new ad.
After a week of doing this at least once a day, you will be able to repost your ads easily with a click of a button.
