Crazy fluctuations in zillow values in the houston area this month.

Look at Knollblossom Ln in Richmond Texas.  You will see values have fallen 40-50k over the last month.  There is no possible way this is correct.  Even the foreclosures are selling more than the provided values.   In fact a resent sale of 3 months was marked down 43k.  Search in other areas nearby and you will find the same fluctuation.
