Crazy, zillow just decided our home price crashed over 50% in a month, what gives?

429 Breaker Cove MI.  My home value apparently just crashed.  Unsure why that happened, since nothing's really changed.  Also, the dots on the map are all off.  It says that there are 5 units in my building, when there are really 4, and it says my next door neighbor is someone that lives down the street.

Unfortunately the data sources Zillow uses for Bay County apparently do not provide them with enough information for them to be all that accurate on valuations in our area.

They even know they aren't very accurate if you check out this page:

http://www.zillow.com/howto/DataCoverageZestimateAccuracyMI.htm

I've found that people looking for a new home in our area know that Zillow isn't accurate because they often look up their current home and are not so happy with what they find =)
