I filled out the form again, this time leaving the 4 digit number blank. I got the same error message. I am finished wasting time on this. Please don't waste any more of yours on my issue. Thanks for trying, but honestly, this stuff has to work or it's worse than useless.

david, thanks for the reply. i am filling out the form for the first time. I type in the numbers and get a message that they were wrong (they weren't) and that I must type in a new set of numbers

The code is used to call up a loan request you've previously submitted. If you haven't yet submitted a loan request, you should ignore it. If you already have a code from a previously submitted loan request, all you do is enter it to pull up your quotes - you shouldn't be both answering the questions and entering the code - can you give me a bit more detail?

"Create loan request" page doesn't work. Keeps asking me to put the numbers in the box. Time waster.
