That's not the point. The point is there are rules against spam on the forum, and the fact that you choose to ignore them doesn't really speak well.
I'll admit the reason for the rule is a bit self-serving--Zillow wants to sell ads. But they own this place and they call the shots.
If you want to let people know, then buy some EZ ads for the zip codes around you. They'd be seen by a lot more people than this thread, but I'm not sure how effective they would be.
