No, lenders do not all pull through the same company but whatever provider they use pull the data from all 3 bureaus. How deep is your credit, how many accounts are reporting and how many months have they been open?

So hard to tell what is going on.
Did you see the report? Did they indeed pull all 3? Some lenders pull one to save money.
Did they call the company who pulls reports for them to see why 2 scores were blocked? So many loan officers don't know what to do when problems arise in a file.
Do you have a very young credit profile? Not a lot of accounts?
Not all companies go thru the same company.

Either you don't have enough credit or perhaps you may have put a block on with the other two bureaus (if you had some identity theft issues). Don't keep pulling your credit ask the company that pulled it to review it with you.
If they cant answer this, then suggest they have a conversation with their credit report provider for an explanation.

Good Afternoon. No, not all mortgage companies use the same credit reporting agencies.
In our company, we request from all three scores. However, if all three scores are below 620, then it only shows us the highest score. It saves us money ultimately. We could certainly get all three scores though from our credit company.
The only other times where only one score would be shown are - if the loan officer only requested one credit score (some companies do that to save money). OR if your creditors are not reporting to all three agencies. We have seen that in the past as well. Its more likely that the lender did not pull all three scores, especially if you have seen a previous report with all three scores listed.
We do not charge an 'application fee' so if you would like another opinion or better feedback, feel free to give us a call.

Sometimes when they run your credit score some of them may not show. This doesnt mean your credit is bad.

Sounds you have a security freeze on the other bureau's. You need to contact those bureau's and get the security freeze lifted and have your credit repulled after you confirm this has been completed.

some people dont have enough of a credit history to have 3 scores. If you fall into this category this is normal. If you don't, put a call into the credit reporting bureaus to see what is going on.

Ask for a copy of the report and show it to another loan officer if you arent getting answers from current person.
You could even call the credit report reseller yourself I believe.
I have a free e-book about credit and credit scoring should you need it.
