Cupertino Home Price Values?

I don't believe your values in this area are correct.  Last year (May, 2010) during a refiance of our property at 1179 Crestline Drive Cupertino, CA, the appraisal came in at $960,000.  Based on the 6/15/2011 Bloomberg article on silicon valley real estate, the values have gone up 12% since last year, with the median price now at $1.08 million.  A 12% increase from the $960K appraised value would be $1,075,000.  Your current Zillow value for the property is only $918,000.  Can you explain why your values are so low or why you haven't updated the values???

An appraisal is more accurate than a Zestimate, go with that - ignore the Zestimate.
