Current hm listing (listed by agent) does not show the pictures. Estimate is low missing huge garage

Current home 8873 Friendsville 44254 does not have pictures associated.  they are uploaded on other websites such as realtor.com and agents home page.  Also the estimate i do not feel is accurate because there is also a 2100 sq/ft detached garage that comes with property (costing 70K to build).  Any help would be great!

Zestimates use the core home facts, and a large detached garage is not likely included in those facts.  Zestimates are best for regular residences, and when outside their model the numbers are farther away from an actual sales price.
