I just joined Zillow, obtained a zestimate, requested re-financing of our home, specifed 10-year fixed rate, equity, etc., etc.
Just received the first - dare I say - barrage - of "Custom" Loan Quotes. Most were 30-year term mortgages for the full value of the home.
Why did I bother filling in the quote request form only to receive these "spam" loan quotes?
