Your current Zestimate appears to be in line with the others in your neighborhood currently, IMHO (not Zillow). However, you can "report problem" (found under "edit") with your home to bring it to the attention of the Zestimate team.

My entire neighborhood did not have an huge drop and our houses are identical with minor modifications. Neighboring homes with less bathrooms suddenly have a higher prices.
It is more likely clerical error than an algorithm. I bought 2 years ago during the first housing dip according to the Case-Shiller home price index.
If there is a second drop my home should be comparable to the price that I bought 2 years ago. No house has sold for that much in the last 15 years on my street.

They changed the algorithm for computing home prices and did so retrospectively, so the decrease wasn't month-to-month change in value due to the market, but rather an adjustment in Zillow's formula.
FYI, I think their new algorithm is crap considering they were already undervaluing my neighborhood compared to every other estimate I can find and now they lowered our values by an addition 30-40%!

Customer Support for Error
How do I contact Zillow customer support? I have the zillow estimate tied into my bank portofolio. Recently, I noticed my house recently dropped $100,000 on 06/15/2011, but in the 30 day estimate it says that it increased $3,100. I believe they inputted the incorrect number. How do I fix this? The address is 2603 Spencer Rd, Chevy Chase, MD 20815
