DCURD Tax Abatement Program

Hi, We are planning to buy a detached single family home in the Escena neighborhood in Las Colinas, Irving. It is right across the La Villita community on Riverside Dr.

1. Do we get a 100% rebate for DCURD taxes because it is a single family home or do we still have to pay some amount towards that?
2. How much % would it be if we do not have a 100% rebate?

I am confused as I have seen different responses on the Internet and it is a deciding factor for us.
