Consult an attorney prior to signing over a deed to anyone other than your bank. Some scammers will have you sign the deed over to them and say they will make the payments or sell your home or whatever their new approach may be. Very very dangerious to you financially. You will still be responsible for the loan and the home will be in their name.
Be safe, my best goes out to you.
