There is a lot of activity within Perris do to the low prices that many people qualify for.

If you go by supply and demand, I would lean toward an improvement if the demand continues to absorb the available homes on the market. Foreclosures are driving the market at this moment, but anything can change in a fluid market that we are experiencing at the moment.

No one can accurately predict the market. The increase in sales took the economy experts by surprise last month when they were predicting a negative.

As a Realtor on the front lines and working in the trenches, this increase is what I was saying was going on since December. Many pending properties with multiple offers on properties in January and February? To me, that indicates Summer is going to be crazy.

Those sitting on the fence waiting for the green light from the press are going to be the ones that loose out. All those incentives and low prices are already drying up. The closer we get to Summer, the more stubborn the sellers are going to be. The ones that are out there shopping right now see what is really going on and are jumping on the great deals while they can.
