I think you need to give us a better picture of why you want to take it off the market. Are you not getting showings, is it a FSBO? What is the problem. Let us help you. You dont need to disclose information here, just give us the scenario of what has happened, how many days you have been on the market, what other homes nearby are selling for, if you are working with a realtor etc...

No! It is free to have it for sale, and just because your home hasn't sold yet, doesn't mean that your buyer doesnt exist. Give whoever that person is a chance! Be patient!
