List view was discontinued in April 2011 a few months after it was introduced:
What happened to the list view mode for-results?
There no longer is a simple way to accomplish what is desired:
Is there a way to display houses where the Zestimate is greater than the asking price?
Can I export recently sold data to excel to sort and filter to analyze data better?
is-it-possible-to-import-an-excel-spreadsheet-of-adresses-in-Zillow-at-once?

well searching for List view is silly. sorry...wasn't thinking about how many times the word list might be used on a real estate site.
I can't seem to figure out how to do it but I suspect it can still be done. so instead of looking for the previous post that tells how, I will go prompt a user that might know the answer to see if he can provide the instructions again.
if nothing else, you might contact the local MLS and see if they will provide you an exported list. I am sure they wll be careful about what they are willing to provide but if you explain in detail what you want it should be easy for their technical people to get it to you-

there used to be a list view that you could copy and paste into excel.
i am having trouble finding it. will look. but you might do a search in the forums for "list view" to see ify ou can find where someone else provided instructions on same question previously.
if I can find it I'll provide a link or if I can remember how to do it - will explain.
no promises...it used to be able to be done.

You can certainly print a list of homes within a price range in any given area, I'm not sure it will be in the format you would like.

I don't think Zillow you have a capacity to do that...however you can contact a local Realtor who can provide you with a copy of Comps/CMA that can be in a spreadsheet version
