Hi,

Of course the right answer depends on many factors. Do you want to take care of a yard? Do you want/like the ammenities that come with a condo, like a pool/workout room/tennis courts etc? Do you like having closer neighbors for companionship, or safety?

But if those things are not factors, then dollar for dollar a single family home will always appreciate in value faster than a condo. Plus the taxes and association fees are normally lower.[content removed by moderator for being self-promotional]
