A Zillow employee has to step in for account deletion.
If the problem is E-mails, you can get rid of all E-mails under "my Zillow" and the both open "account settings" (uncheck all boxes on E-mail preferences) and then also open "my favorites" and uncheck two boxes per house on your favorites list.
