The former agent of our home uploaded numerous pictures of the house. We have made changes, and the photos no longer represent the home. How do I delete the photos and the agent's information from our home? We've owned this home for over a year. Thank you.

I remember that Miss Melody91. Are you still trying to get the photos removed from Zillow after all this time? I would think the under the circumstance that someone would be able to help. Maybe you could email one of the mods and explain the situation directly so you would not have to put the details on the public board.

Hello-

A while back I asked the VERY same question about photos I had uploaded myself, which also were different from the current situation, and was not allowed to delete them without divulging personal info our friends at the Precinct did not want me to, in order to protect me (not from you)..due to atypical circumstances.

Is there any way to work this out in a highly unusual situation & is there a private e-mail where I could ahsre more of the details if you need them?

I appreciate your desire to help us further; however we have someone here who was' stalked' in the past, and therefore, we do not feel comfortable to post this info on a public site. I hope you understand.

Also, I saw NO photo beneath of anyone who posted it.
The only 'hint' I can give you comfortably here was the other e-mail site is through Yahoo, & does have an underscore_ as the 3'rd character in the e-mail address.

Does that help at all?
If not, how else can we deal with this?

Also, some photos are still the same; while others we wanted to delete to reveal photos of what we did not get to improve. Somehow, other parts were assumed refurbished, with lack of photos indicating the contrary.
Inadvertently, an unintentional false overview may have been given, which we feel strongly needs to be addressed in fairness to all, & which was not our intent, believing officials would check with us.

And you know Condo Assessments never show the glaring gaping holes of cement; yet heavy assessments are do..So this can apply to other properties, which is also happening at the same time.

I do believe these matters & photos, also.ought to be posted, as some 'false play' lead to an unfair burden on the Condo/Home, which is yet to be done. Not seeing other aspects,(relying on the photos here, it seems,& deceptive reports of others, lead to this.We'd rather not go into further detail here.

We certainly did not mean to lead anyone astray; yet it seems that happened through excitement about some changes; ALSO,there is a limit to the # of photos that can be posted, & the other aspect ought to be included.

Please also advise us if you were trying to rearrange your photos. Just click on Add/Edit photos on the Home Details page and drag the photos on the order or sequence you want them to appear on your property.

So kind of you to reply.
1. It just so happens, that is not the property to which I was referring.
2. HOW can anyone else be allowed to add to mine?
3. I have 2 e-mail addresses; is it possible I loaded it from another e-mail account when this one was having problems, and you assumed it was another person? OR do you have evidence that it was. They look like my photos, OR those I photo-edited taken and given to me by the current tenant. Yet I sent them, after cropping , straightening, and brightening them, as he had not used that camera before. Would that have looked like someone else's perhaps?

4. Please bear with me....Right now my computer is in for 'serious repairs' and I have NO sound & am working from an old laptop; also without Sound. Therefore I doubt any video would help much at this time, as my lip-reading skills are not that well developed, assuming there are speakers.
5. How else can I EDIT my OWN photos, kind sir.

Zillow is an online community where everyone is allowed to upload photos for as long as it conform with the Good Neighbor Policy.

I believe you were referring to the property at 229 Kelton St., Apt 6, Boston, MA 02134. I have seen photos there uploaded by another user. Since you can only remove photos you have uploaded, please advise if you want them to be removed from the said property. You may also send us a Flag report by going to the home details page of the property, click on Flag home under the Tools section or the Flag icon below the picture and just follow the instructions in reporting your concern.

I asked the same question for similar reasons a little while back, & was suspected of wanted to do so with someone else's photos and not my own.

For the Zillow site to be so distrustful, there must have been some unscrupulous folks before us, that has made the process all the more difficult for those of us who are honest. I STILL have not be able to change mine. It almost feels like my photos have been snatched by the Site, rather than they are/were my photos thatI chose to share with the site.

What's the real scoop on how to get one's OWN photos changed, to depict other aspects that better represent the proeprty at present,as there is a limit on how many may be posted?
Any help would be appreciated...
