I'm seeing other people's photo removal requests being honored and mine being ignored. These are real estate agents who are requesting removal, and I'm an actual home owner who doesn't want interior shots of his house made public. Is there a moderator who can help me? Thanks.
Hi paarsec -
I have already deleted the photos. I am sorry, however, we won't be able to change the address anymore since it is already in our system.
Thank you!

My problem is the same a paarsec's. A non-listing agent posted a photo of my home and a written description prior to the actual listing agent selling the home to me. I have claimed the home on zillow but can't seem to delete the written description. Also, I want her photo removed, along with her ID as the one who took the photo, and her description. Instead I would like the birds-eye view map put in its place. Address is 22032 12th av s, Des Moines, WA 98198. Any help would be appreciated!

I would like the photos of my house deleted. The real estate agent posted them. i want them removed. I have claimed my home 9454 Sw 29th Lane, Gainesville, Florida. Thank you.
Hi rampack -
I have already processed your request.
However, since the picture was posted via an automated data feed, I need to point out that it could be re-posted while we work to have the responsible agent update the listing from their database. When the agent updates the listing from their database, the picture will be permanently removed from Zillow though we don't have a specific time frame for it. I have a;ready notified the agent about this issue.
Thank you!

thank you, thank you, thank you...bummer that agent's posting have priority over the actual OWNER of the home. Looks like all is resolved for now. I will keep checking to make sure it doesn't reappear. The home was sold in March, 2008...there's absolutely no reason for this agent to keep it in her database nearly 8 months later. Especially since she was NOT the actual listing agent (same real estate company, but not the person who was contractually working with the seller) Thanks again

I'd like to delete some photos I posted myself, of 2152 Santa Cruz Avenue in Santa Clara, CA. When I look at my own profile I see them, but I don't see a way to delete.

I've deleted the photos for you. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Delete photos
I just purchased a home and I can't find the option to delete the photos of the house that the previous owner posted. The address on zillow is 26 Wentworth Rd. Natick, MA. Also, this is the wrong address. The legal mailing address is 18 Rutledge Road Natick, MA 01760. Is there a way to change that too?
