It's been three years since this awesome suggestion was posted. How has the service improved? Anyone?
Delta heat map
Thought it might be interesting to post a real suggestion, as a break from all the whining about the market.
Anyway, here's my idea. It would be cool to have a heat map type feature which color coded the delta in Zestimates as a percentage over a fixed time period (eg: 6 months). So, for example, green for positive change to the Zestimate, red for negative, with gradients in between. It would be very interesting to see the colors for various areas in a visual format. Thoughts?
