I found this thread on Zillow, where a Zillow team member offers the following advice:

We have a few recommendations for when you receive an unsatisfactory review. We've found that agents who follow these recommendations continue to do well on Zillow. We recommend you post a response and solicit more reviews.

Responding publicly will help provide those reading the review with a more balanced account. Our research has shown that people value the agent response highly. To respond to the review please log in, navigate to the reviews page in your profile and click the "Respond to review" link under the review text.

Soliciting more reviews from past clients who had positive experiences will increase your overall average, provide a more diverse perspective, and move the poor review lower on your profile page.  To solicit reviews please log in, navigate to your profile page, and click the "Request a review" link located by your rating stars.
