I just updated my property on zillow.com.  Originally it was listed with a value of $169,000 with no beds and no baths.  This is a 8 BR/ 8 1/2 BA farmhouse with many amenities that were not previously listed.  The property was most recently appraised for $380,000.  When I entered the actual facts about the home, the value price did not change.  Please explain why.  Thanks!

When one updates data on their home, the Zestimate may respond slowly.  It takes several weeks to several months for the full impact of edits to appear in the Zestimate value.
