I am in the process of refinancing my home loan from 5.75 rate on a 15 yrs loan to 10yrs loan amount 110,000 with a rate of 4.75, and i am paying 2250.00 fees, is this a good rate and the fees about right, please advise, also is the appraisal fees part of the processing fees?
