One had to have sold to really affect your value. If it sold less then it's tax assessment then yes, values will drop across the neighborhood on Zillow. Remember Zillow is not an accurate indication of your home's value, occasionally it may be close, in general quite a bit off....

Active listings shouldn't have any effect at all. Just closed sales.

Actually, your tax assessment has nothing to do with your zestimate, however the characteristics on the Assessor's file that describe your home do. Your zestimate is based on recent sales of homes similar to yours. Just remember this is a statistical estimation, not an appraisal.

The other thing to look for is something that sold that has similar attributes your home in the county records. Current listing prices don't affect the Zestimates.
