Did you know that only 3-percent of Realtors in the nation possess the National Association of Realtor's Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation? A title held by all Michelle & Company representatives, ABR agents are equipped with ongoing specialized information that allows them to stay ahead of issues and trends to successfully represent buyers. The ABR has fought for buyer's rights that were previously only awarded to the seller. For example, your buyer representative is legally bound by a fiduciary duty to you, meaning they are required to fight for your best interests and keep any exchanges between you confidential.

Good luck with that!  Nobody has ever successfully sued a Realtor® on that basis and "won".  Realtors®  are liable for nothing.  That is why Errors and Omissions insurance for Realtors® is so extremely cheap compared to any other licensed profession.  Even manicurists pay more.

Besides, most agents insist that the client sign an agreement to mediate or arbitrate with a Realtor® selected mediator or arbitrator.

The reason only 3% of agents bother to get an ABR is because it is meaningless.  Besides, all agents claim fiduciary responsibility as it is State law in all 50 States, even though they have none.
