You could have your lights automated to shut off every night at a certain time or random times for security. It's all in the home automation.

Heck, I'm a real estate agent, I can't AFFORD electricity. Even my laptop is squirrel operated. Dang...it's time to feed the squirrel, the lights are getting dim in here.
