Differences in Zillow valuations - why such a huge range for very similar house.

Below is the 30-day value change for similar houses on Annandale Road, Pasadena, 91105 as of 5/11/10 - the range in differences is a mystery to me. It does not appear to be comps, improvements, when last sold, square footage, owner/renter or taxes.

All built in three groups as a contiguous tract at the same time,1926-30 - but now with a wide variety of various improvements, most have had a second story added:
